Make a standard withdrawal

The standard withdrawal is the default option, available for all clients and all products. For instant withdrawal, see this article.

Conditions

• Minimum amount: 1 EUR, 1 USD, 1 GBP, or 1 CHF
• Withdrawals are free of charge (0% on all Spiko products)
• The destination bank account must be registered on the platform before making a withdrawal

Security: the destination account must be in the name of the Spiko account holder (individual) or of the legal entity (company). Any withdrawal to a bank account not belonging to the client will be automatically rejected.

How to make a withdrawal

1. Initiate a withdrawal from the Spiko platform
2. Select the "Standard withdrawal" option
3. Confirm the amount and destination bank account
4. Funds are credited according to the timelines below

Processing times

• Spiko T-Bills: request received before 11:30 AM (Paris time) on a business day → processed the same day; otherwise the next business day
• Spiko Smart Cash: request received before 12:25 PM (Paris time) on a business day → processed the next business day; otherwise the following business day
• Spiko Cash & Carry: request received before 11:00 AM (Paris time) on a business day → processed the next business day; otherwise the following business day

Once the withdrawal is processed by Spiko, additional bank transfer times may apply depending on the currency.
