Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of security to your Spiko account. It is required for sensitive operations such as withdrawals and bank account changes.
How to enable 2FA
Two-factor authentication is set up during account creation. You will be asked to install an authenticator app (such as Google Authenticator, Authy, or Microsoft Authenticator) and scan a QR code.
How it works
Each time you perform a sensitive operation, a 6-digit code will be requested. This code is generated by your authenticator app and changes every 30 seconds.
Lost access to your authenticator app
If you have lost access to your authenticator app, please contact us at support@spiko.io. For security reasons, an identity verification will be required before resetting your 2FA.
