The Spiko platform allows corporate clients to activate Four Eyes Mode. This feature can only be activated if there are at least two Admin users on the account.
Actions subject to dual control
Once activated, Four Eyes Mode requires that the following sensitive actions be initiated by one user and approved by another:
- Initiating withdrawals (to registered bank accounts)
- Adding a new bank account
- Adding a new user
Enhanced security
For security reasons, Four Eyes Mode also disables the ability to initiate a withdrawal order via API.
Only users with appropriate permissions can initiate or approve these actions. Roles and access rights are described on the Multi-user access page.
