Every transaction on your Spiko account (deposit, withdrawal, transfer) is recorded in your account statement.
How to obtain an account statement
- Log in to your account at app.spiko.io
- Go to the Statements section
- Select the account and the relevant product
- Download the receipt in PDF or CSV format
Receipt for a bank transfer deposit
When you make a deposit by bank transfer, the screen showing the transfer details offers a Download deposit instructions button. Enter the amount you want to deposit, then click Download to get a PDF deposit document that you can forward to your bank if needed. Tick Also send me a copy by email to receive it by email as well. On the mobile app, tap the same button, enter the amount, then tap Send me the instructions by email to receive this document by email.
