Deposit and withdraw with stablecoins

You can make deposits and withdrawals with stablecoins (USDC and EURC), as an alternative to a bank transfer.

Key points

• Stablecoins accepted: USDC and EURC.
• Available networks: Ethereum, Base and Solana.
• Deposits and withdrawals are only possible from a self-custody wallet that you have authorized beforehand.
• EURC with Spiko Euro Treasury Bills requires Expert Mode.
• Operations are not instant: allow 1 to 2 business days for a withdrawal.

Supported stablecoins and products

Stablecoin deposits and withdrawals are only possible from a self-custody wallet that you have authorized (allowlisted) beforehand.

Before you start

• Authorize your wallet: in your Account Settings, add an external wallet and sign a message to prove that it belongs to you (same process as to withdraw your tokens to a wallet).
• Activate Expert Mode to deposit or withdraw EURC with Spiko Euro Treasury Bills. For USDC and EURC with Spiko US Dollar Treasury Bills, Standard Mode is enough. See Standard Mode and Expert Mode.

Make a deposit

1. Choose the stablecoin deposit option, then the network you want to use.
2. Send your stablecoins to the Spiko address displayed, from your authorized wallet. This address is unique to you, like a dedicated IBAN.
3. Your Spiko balance is credited as soon as we receive the funds.

Make a withdrawal

1. Start a withdrawal, select the stablecoin and your authorized wallet, then enter the amount.
2. Confirm the request (a code is sent to you by SMS).

Timing

Deposits and withdrawals are processed at the fund's daily execution:

• Deposit: your balance starts earning interest after the fund's next execution.
• Withdrawal: your request is processed at the next execution, then the transfer of the stablecoins to your wallet takes 1 to 2 business days.
