Spiko Cash & Carry is a fund that uses a cash & carry strategy on digital assets. It is designed for professional clients who want exposure to the performance of this strategy without managing the positions themselves.
How it works
A cash & carry strategy consists of buying an asset at its current price (spot) while simultaneously selling a futures contract on that same asset. The price gap between the spot and the future generates a performance that does not depend on how the price of the underlying asset moves.
The Spiko Cash & Carry fund applies this strategy to digital assets. It captures the performance of the crypto futures market without being exposed to price volatility.
