Account creation for legal entities requires a manual review of submitted documents. We welcome entities from most countries, with the exception of the countries listed here.
💡 Processing time: requests are generally processed within 24 hours of complete document submission.
Account creation steps
1. Security setup
Email verification, password selection, and setup of two-factor authentication.
2. Questionnaire
In accordance with applicable regulatory requirements, we ask you a few questions to complete your file.
3. Required documents
- Proof of registration: Kbis (for French companies), certificate of incorporation, Certificate of Good Standing, etc.
- Articles of association: statutes, by-laws, memorandum of association
- List of beneficial owners (for non-French companies only): document listing all individuals holding more than 25% of the capital, including name, surname, place and date of birth. This can be a shareholder register, an extract from an official register, or a table signed by a director.

4. Biometric verification
Scan of a personal identity document (passport or national ID card) and biometric verification.
