For legal entities (companies, associations, property managers, etc.), Spiko must verify the origin of deposited funds. You will need to provide a document verifying the amount of your revenue or equity.
Documents accepted by default
- Latest financial statements or annual report
- Latest tax return package (liasse fiscale)
- A custodian certificate (if the company was recently created or recently carried out a capital increase)
Documents we may accept in certain situations
- A copy of the agreement between shareholders and the company (if the company was funded through a partner loan / current account contribution)
- A document attesting to the closure or expiration of a term deposit
- A document attesting to the completion of a transaction that resulted in receiving a significant amount (e.g., sale of securities, sale of other assets, etc.)
- A recent bank statement
