In September 2025, we updated the IBANs associated with Spiko accounts. This IBAN change enabled much better banking integration and improved processing times for your transfers. We informed all our clients at that time.
How to find your new IBAN
Your new dedicated IBAN is available directly from your Spiko client portal:
- Log in to your account at app.spiko.io
- Select your product then click on Deposit
- Your dedicated IBAN is displayed directly on the interface
Actions to take
If you have saved the old IBAN in your accounting software, your treasury management tool, or your recurring transfers, remember to update it with the new IBAN displayed on the platform.
Important: Transfers sent to an old IBAN are now automatically returned to the sender.
