When receiving a transfer, Spiko verifies that the sending bank account is registered in the name of the Spiko account holder.
General policy
Spiko does not accept deposits from a bank account belonging to a third party (a different individual or legal entity than the Spiko client).
What happens if a third-party deposit is received?
If we receive a transfer from a bank account not registered in the Spiko client's name, we will return the funds to the sending account.
Exceptional cases
In certain specific situations, a third-party deposit may be authorised on an exceptional basis. If you need to make such a deposit, please contact us before initiating the transfer at support@spiko.io.
